Refund and Returns Policy

We are committed to providing high-quality products and customer satisfaction. Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if the product is faulty, not as described, or doesn’t meet consumer guarantees.

Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind, we are happy to accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of purchase.
  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition.
  • You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • Personalized/custom items cannot be returned unless faulty.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

If your item is damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or a full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
