  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates

  • Standard Shipping: We offer flat-rate shipping for all orders within Australia using Sendle.
  • International Shipping: At this time, we only ship within Australia.

Estimated Delivery Times

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery times are between 3-7 business days for most major cities, and up to 10 business days for regional areas.
  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery times are between 1-3 business days within Australia, depending on your location.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
  • You can use this tracking number to monitor your parcel’s journey via Sendle.

Shipping Delays

  • While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeframes, shipping delays may occur due to factors outside of our control (e.g., weather, public holidays, or courier issues).
  • If there is a significant delay, we will do our best to notify you via email and provide an updated estimate.

Lost or Damaged Items

  • Lost items: If your parcel has not arrived within the expected time frame, please contact us immediately at contact@steviecarterbooks.com. We will work with our shipping partners to locate the parcel or issue a replacement.
  • Damaged items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will arrange for a replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.

Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for orders that are delayed or undelivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Pickups

  • Currently, we do not offer in-store pickups. All orders are shipped directly to the provided shipping address.
